Our Return Process:
- Confirm Eligibility: Make sure your product meets our return conditions. (listed below)
- Submit a Return Request: Initiate your return by submitting a request through your account on the Namaste North Shop.
- Check Your Email: You’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to return your product.
- Send Your Product Back: Follow the provided instructions to return your item.
- Return Assessment: Once we receive your product, we’ll check that it meets our return criteria.

Receive Your Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Shopify Returns and Exchange Policy - All the Details
We hope that you enjoy your new gear as much as we do but if it just isn’t quite working for you, don’t worry we got you covered!
If you wish to return or exchange an item you have 30 days from receiving your parcel to ship it back to us or return it in person at our studio.
Only full price items can be returned and must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged, with the tags attached or in the original packaging. Any sale, promotion or clearance items are final sale, and unfortunately cannot be returned. Original proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided for in person returns.
We do not cover the shipping cost or provide labels on returns.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns are processed daily Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 5 business days from the day the returned parcel is received for it to be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at shop@namastenorth.com.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged in the studio.
For items purchased online, you will have to process the return first and then can purchase a new item.
